I brought in my vehicle for an all around service check-up. I've been experiencing a rough idle with the car, and was in need of an annual inspection. This was all included in my appointment notes before coming in. In spite of this, upon arrival I was informed that I would need to provide a reason for my inspection. Annual inspection/rough idle was not on their list of acceptable options so I chose the next best thing. I left the vehicle with them overnight since I brought it in near the end of the day. I didn't get any direct correspondence the following day. I got notified of all the inspected points of the vehicle through their website, and that I have some corrosion on my battery terminals; but I did not hear anything back about next steps or causes of my rough idle. That afternoon I called to follow up and was sent to voicemail. About 45 minutes later I received a return call to inform me that the vehicle is still being diagnosed. A near 24-hour timespan after that and I had not received any new updates. My boyfriend called to try and get an update, to which he was informed codes were still being run. I found that a little odd since I read for codes myself before this inspect

I’m very disappointed, I was told my purge valve needed to be replaced which is why my engine light was on. I was then told to drive a few miles first & then bring my car back to stress free before getting my car smogged. Why? If the car is repaired. I also approved for my ac to be repaired & recharged due to only hot air coming out. When I got the car back it was explained to me that cold air only comes out on the passenger side& it didn’t come out strong at all, so then I asked why didn’t the fully repair it since they had my car for 2 days? I was told the repair was a 10 hour job & I can bring it back another time. Why not fix it now? Everything was very strange to me, I really trusted stress free thinking they would make my car issues stress free. Unfortunately my engine has come back on so I assumed there was no actual repair but the did reset the car so the engine light would go off… what a scam!! $1,400 hundred dollars for what? NEVER 👎🏽 AGAIN!!!

I've been going to stress free for the past 2 years. Naomi got right down to business ...was straight to the point. I could not back my car up . I had coverage to have gears fixed. Stress free made sure I had a uber while waiting for my vehicle.. Stress free Made me very comfortable .they truly destress your day with correcting the problem on your vehicle . Correctly the first time , . Thank you so much Naomi and all her mechanics who worked on my car I n the past. And present.

Great place to go for any auto issues! They are thorough and gave me a complimentary Lyft ride home. They have a very "spa like" atmosphere in the lobby and seating area with nice eminities if you plan on writing. Naomi, you were very pleasant when helping me and answering all my questions.
